Sesame Oil & Chili Paste Edamame
Boil edamame in 6 cups of water with 1 tsp of salt added
Add in 10 ounces edamame and boil for ~5 minutes (or until edamame is tender and rises to the top)
Heat sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, season with salt and pepper, to taste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add edamame and saute for 1-2 minutes and mix with chilli paste and soy sauce.
Serve as a snack, appetizer or a side to a meal & enjoy!
